Family can be one of God’s greatest gifts — and one of the places where we need the most grace. This Mother’s Day message looks at how God grows joy in real families: families with history, stress, laughter, wounds, responsibilities, and love that does not always know how to express itself well.

What if joy in your family is not built on everyone being perfect, but on Jesus being at the center? Family is beautiful, sacred, complicated, emotional, and worth fighting for.

Jesus gives us the kind of love that serves, listens, forgives, restores, and brings joy back into the places we thought were too broken. Joy grows in my family when Jesus becomes the center of how we love, serve, forgive, and honor one another.
