What does it really mean to follow Jesus? Is it just about attending church, knowing the Bible stories, or saying a prayer? Or does it demand something deeper—something that costs everything?
Have we mistaken convenience for commitment? Are we offering Jesus only what’s comfortable, while holding tight to the parts of life we don’t want to surrender?
When Jesus said, “Take up your cross and follow Me,” did He mean once a week, or with every breath? Is it possible to live with one foot in the world and one in the kingdom—or does divided loyalty lead to a deceived heart?
Have we been chasing moments that fade, while overlooking the treasure of eternal life? Are we trying to gain the whole world and in the process, losing our soul?
What would happen if surrender wasn’t seen as weakness, but as the starting place of true strength? Could laying everything down actually be the way to real life, real peace, and real purpose?
What needs to shift? What needs to be laid down? And what might God do through one life, fully surrendered?
